This one’s small, but fun. Vertikal was selected by the Grand Junction Downtown Development Authority to create a first-of-its-kind homeownership product within walking distance to Main St. We’re working on the designs now and will deliver 25 dense, high-design townhomes in the core of Grand Junction.
