We partnered closely with the City of Westminster to bring several game-changing projects to life in the heart of the new Downtown. One of the big milestones was Origin Westminster—a 128-room boutique hotel featuring French-inspired dining, two retail spaces, and a full-service bar and restaurant. Vertikal also delivered the surrounding public improvements that helped transform a key downtown corner. The LEED Silver-certified hotel set the tone for what Downtown Westminster could become.

Now, we’re focused on the residential side. Vertikal is actively developing four phases of Class A townhomes—the first for-sale homes in the area. It’s been exciting to help shape this downtown from the ground up and be a part of the placemaking.
