When the Town of Erie put out an RFQ for a 2-acre site in Old Town, they were looking for a partner with the right mix of experience and vision to help deliver much-needed affordable and workforce housing. Vertikal was selected to lead the charge, and we’ve teamed up with the Town, Alpine Bank, Department of Living Affairs and Colorado Housing and Finance Authority to make it happen.
