In Longmont, we’ve teamed up with the City and the Golden family to bring True North to life—a project rooted in community and built for real people. This $75MM project is a fresh take on affordable and attainable homeownership, combining smart design, innovative construction, and public support to make buying a home more possible for more folks.

True North will roll out in four phases with nearly 200 homes when all is said and done. We kicked off construction on Phase 1 in October 2024, and we’ll be building through the next few years to bring the full vision to life.
